Do you want to help run and develop DON GNU? We are looking for a dedicated and organizationally strong administrator to handle the day-to-day operations of a rapidly developing company.

In DON GNU, we create action theater and dance combined in a playful and poetic universe. We produce 1-2 of our own productions per year, collaborate with a wide range of artists and organizations and are at the same time one of Denmark's most touring companies with almost 100 performances and events per year both at home and abroad.

As an administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the company's operations and finances. At the same time, you will be involved in close collaboration with the artistic management and the producer to shape the company's future work and visions.

Your most important tasks:

  • Bookkeeping, accounting and budget follow-up

  • Fundraising

  • Contact with granting authorities, reporting etc

  • Contracts concluded - including co-responsibility for agreements with business partners

  • Invoicing and payroll administration

  • Operation of the board and the artistic management

  • Planning and coordination of the company's activities

  • Various administrative tasks in connection with daily operations, including secure authority requirements (GPDR) etc

  • Contact person for accountant, bank, freelancers etc

  • Development of the company's profile and business strategy in collaboration with the artistic management and producer

About you:

Above all, you must have financial and accounting insight and flair. You must be able to work both independently and in close collaboration with the other employees, who consist of both administrative, artistic and technical staff. Knowledge of the theater industry is not a prerequisite.
